You can have a romantic getaway for a few days (min. two night stay), get some much needed rest, or enjoy a week’s vacation surrounded by scores of amenities for only the cost of a resort suite.
Villa has spacious 750 sq. ft. and provides all of the comforts of home complete with fully furnished kitchen, a fireplace to cozy up to.
Enjoy a 2 night (minimum) stay or longer in our spacious one bedroom deluxe villa at the famous 4 star AAA Grand Geneva Resort where accommodations and amenities including pools, water park, golf, skiing, and fitness center will make your say fantastic. The cost for renting a two bedroom lockoff is lower than renting a dual suite at the resort and provides more space and privacy.
Our one bedroom deluxe villa has 750 sq. ft. living area and sleeps up to 4 adults. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a queen sized sofa sleeper. The villa provides two flat screen TVs with cable and WiFi.
The villa also has a private porch or patio (first floor) overlooking the resort’s Highland championship golf set on 1300 acres of enchanting landscape of rolling, wooded hills and meadows, where you can enjoy horseback riding, bike trails, cross-country and alpine skiing, sledding, ice skating, and more.
Resort access
An exciting benefit to renting our villa is the access guests have to the AAA 4-Diamond Grand Geneva Resort, voted as one of the top resorts in the Midwest by Condé Nast Traveler.
The Grand Geneva Resort is set on 1300 acres of enchanting, rolling landscape that surrounds a 20-acre private lake with the White River running through the middle of the resort property.
Designed to enjoy the wide-ranging weather patterns of the great Midwest, Grand Geneva Resort offers something fun to do for all the seasons.
Guests can hike a scenic walking path or visit the 10,000 sq. ft. fitness center and wellness spa featuring health classes, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and locker facility.
Visitors also have access to the expansive lounge at the main lodge, where they can enjoy meals at one of the resorts restaurants and cafés and browse quaint shops.
Resort amenities also include two championship golf courses, a water park, professional spa services, indoor and outdoor courts, indoor and outdoor pools, cross-country and alpine skiing, a state-of-the-art fitness center, horseback riding, and more.
The resort’s daily activity schedule also includes a variety of adventures from competing in a sand volleyball or disc golf tournament to learning everything there is to know about coffee.
To help you enjoy all that the resort has to offer, a courtesy shuttle (which looks like an old-fashioned trolley) will assist in transportation around the resort grounds. Ample guest parking and Tesla Supercharger stations are also available.

Historic homes and buildings grace the lakefront, while contemporary shops, restaurants, galleries, and activity rental venues (bikes, jet skis, boats, etc.) provide countless hours of entertainment.

Directions
Whether driving from Chicago or Milwaukee, Lake Geneva is conveniently located on Hwy 50 about 30 west of I-94.
You will easily find the resort on the northeast corner of Hwy 50 and Hwy 12. The drive to the main lobby where you check in is a half-mile from the entrance past the Timber Ridge Lodge.
Arrival details
Guests check in at the lobby desk of the main lodge of the Grand Geneva Resort.
A photo ID is required along with a credit card for incidentals since guests can charge meals and services to the villa.
Because the villa is part of our family’s timeshare, it remains registered in my name until 24 hours prior to your arrival.
This means that if you have any questions or requests of the resort PRIOR to the day of your arrival, you will need to contact me.

Since the villa is a timeshare, the owner forfeits the amount of time a guest has agreed to stay if the reservation is cancelled; unless the owner has Time Protection Insurance. Therefore, any deposit or payment made for rental will be forfeited unless the guest purchases the insurance at a cost of $35. If insurance is purchased, any amount paid by the guest will be fully refunded providing cancellation is made 48 hours in advance of the date of check in.
As a convenience to our guests, in addition to accepting payments by personal check, we offer the security of PayPal.
