Our two bedroom lockoff villa combines two villas, a one bedroom deluxe and one bedroom standard villa, into a 1250 sq. ft. living area and sleeps up to 8 adults. Both the deluxe and standard villas have fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with queen sized sofa sleepers, and each bedroom has a king-sized bed.

We offer two differing decors as seen in the photos. One has granite counters and a twin sized tub in the master bedroom. The other has a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Guests can request either providing they are available.

Each villa has a private porch or patio overlooking the resort’s Highland championship golf course. There are gas grills provided outside of the villas for your use.

Villas are in multi-level buildings. If you wish to stay on a specific floor you can make a request. Owner cannot guarantee the request will be granted.

Resort access 

An exciting benefit to renting our villa is the access guests have to the AAA 4-Diamond Grand Geneva Resort, voted as one of the top resorts in the Midwest by Condé Nast Traveler. 

The Grand Geneva Resort is set on 1300 acres of enchanting, rolling landscape that surrounds a 20-acre private lake with the White River running through the middle of the resort property.  

Designed to enjoy the wide-ranging weather patterns of the great Midwest, Grand Geneva Resort offers something fun to do for all the seasons.

Guests can hike a scenic walking path or visit the 10,000 sq. ft. fitness center and wellness spa featuring health classes, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and locker facility.

Visitors also have access to the expansive lounge at the main lodge, where they can enjoy meals at one of the resorts restaurants and cafés and browse quaint shops.

Resort amenities also include two championship golf courses, a water park, professional spa services, indoor and outdoor courts, indoor and outdoor pools, cross-country and alpine skiing, a state-of-the-art fitness center, horseback riding, and more.

The resort and your villa are situated between Chicago and Milwaukee, which means shopping, sporting events, museums, festivals, and award-winning breweries and restaurants are just a short drive along I-94 in either direction.   

If you wish to stay nearby, the town of Lake Geneva provides a panoramic, welcoming, and safe community just three miles away. Historic homes and buildings grace the lakefront, while contemporary shops, restaurants, galleries, and activity rental venues (bikes, jet skis, boats, etc.) provide countless hours of entertainment. 

The enchanting town of Lake Geneva has been one of the most popular year-round vacation towns in Wisconsin for over a century.

House Rules:

If you’re like us, you’ll be tempted to skim this part, but please read it carefully. 

For the comfort and safety of other villa owners and guests, we ask everyone who stays with us to comply with the policies and rules established by the Grand Geneva Resort owners association. 

You’ll find that these expectations ensure an enjoyable stay for you as well!  

Policies include: 

• Avoid making or permitting any disturbing noises or offensive odors.
• No parties involving people who are not guests of the villa or the resort.
• No more than the maximum number of adults (14 or older) are permitted to spend the night in the villa.
• No barbecue grills other than those provided by the resort may be used.
• Guests are responsible for disposing of refuse and bagged garbage in those areas expressly provided.
• No occupant shall allow anything whatsoever to fall from the windows, porches, or balconies.
• No smoking inside any of the buildings including the villas or public areas. 
• There is plenty of parking for any number of cars, but trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on site.  
• While pets are not allowed in the villas, service animals are always welcome.
• The occupant is responsible for damages to the villa or its contents, as well as any other property at the resort, resulting from negligent or intentional acts. Damages also include lost income and attorney’s fees for collecting damages.

Directions 

Whether driving from Chicago or Milwaukee, Lake Geneva is conveniently located on Hwy 50 about 30 west of I-94. 

You will easily find the resort on the northeast corner of Hwy 50 and Hwy 12. The drive to the main lobby where you check in is a half-mile from the entrance past the Timber Ridge Lodge.

Arrival details

Guests check in at the lobby desk of the main lodge of the Grand Geneva Resort. 

A photo ID is required along with a credit card for incidentals since guests can charge meals and services to the villa. 

Because the villa is part of our family’s timeshare, it remains registered in my name until 24 hours prior to your arrival. 

This means that if you have any questions or requests of the resort PRIOR to the day of your arrival, you will need to contact me.
